I’m just waiting for the spring winds to blow I’m just waiting for the tide so I can go And for the sun to come out and deliver the warmth of its rays It might be cold and gray now but I’m just thinking of the better days Oh Alizee Wont you dismiss my cares and stay? Come Alizee Fill my canvas and lets sail away Im just waiting for the spring to arrive It’s been a long winter and an awful lonely drive Oh Alizee Oh Alizee

My love, I won’t be long Just five more minutes While I finish this song My love, You always wait While I spend five more minutes Just making us late Sorry for the time I must have lost track It’s bygone now There’s no taking it back I’ll try dear, I promise I’ll try To not let these moments Keep slipping on by For you I’ll wear a watch Although I possess No fondness for clocks After all, You smile at me Even though I wasn’t ready Till 7:15 I’m sorry my dear, It was not intended I never had regard For the hour or the minute I’ll try dear, I promise I’ll try To keep track of the days That keep flyin' on by Correct, Twice a day At least that’s what I tell Myself, anyway Darling, Time isn’t free So thank you for each minute That you spend with me The silver lining In the clouds it seems Is that my bad sense of time pays no one no heed and my love it doesn’t wait, so send death my regards and tell him I will be late

I ran my mouth a little too much the other day don’t know what I did what I said I couldn’t say I shoulda just keep quiet, stop saying what I think Cus when I utter something stupid everyone stares at me I swear I meant no trouble did not intend to be rude but hindsight’s 2020 shouldn’t’a called your honor dude I shoulda just kept quiet Stopped saying what I think It was just a parking ticket now I been jailed for weeks cuuuuus I ran my mouth a little too much the other day My boss he sure is angry I’m suspended without pay You’d think I oughta learned It’s the second time this week But honestly I thought by now he’d stop listening I ran my mouth a little too much talking to my wife She asked me how her dress looked And I saw my life flash by I should not have been honest Said her butt did not look big But the sofa, she is waiting And my wife called me a piiiiiiiig I should have just shut up I swear I know better than this But I’m lucky I suppose I still have a place to live

Post Script 02:09
There was a time when I thought you were mine but you're never nobodies truly like water i tried to grasp in my fist you ran through my fingers just wetting my wrist the time that we had are the times that i miss i miss you but i can’t say i miss you ‘cause things were a mess right after you left when you left me to go it alone I don’t hope to see you but I wish I could tell you that I hope that everything well it’s been six years past but the time it moves fast its been several lifetimes ago I hate to think of you and yet I still do I wonder do you think of me? Don’t think it’s sad That I hope that you do 'cause I wonder what you are you up to? I don’t hope to see you but I wish I could tell you I love you Hope everything’s well I’d write you a letter if I didn’t know better it would only get lost in the mail

Jack e was a good boy better than me Jane she was a nice girl troubled but free And though life may be challenging they made a team a hell of a team Jack e was a shy kid his dad liked to drink Jane e was a quiet girl But liked when he'd sing And though life may have its difficulties it was a dream Jack e got sick one day And Jane grew quite sad Jack e grew a new fear That his life'd been had And though there was concern in her family Jane hitched with Jack and never once looked back Jane e found a new strength that proved them quite wrong Jack e found adjustment It didn’t take too long And though family may be challenging They overcame With patience in spades Jack e loves Jane To this very day If Jack e were here I think he’d like to say And although sometimes we disagree You complete me Complete me completely

Appa's Song 02:54
My cat thinks he’s a lion Knows he’s fifty times his size But if you move behind him He will turn and flee and hide He’s really a big coward I can see it in his eyes no matter what I tell him, he still thinks he’s a lion He claims to be a fighter but he never backs it up acts like a little grizzly bear but really he aint tough no matter what I tell him he seems thoroughly convinced that he is for sure the biggest lion to ever have lived
13.
Well here’s a little story about a boy and a girl decided to take on a hill to fetch the proverbial water well Jack and Jill put on their shoes and traveled up the hill to fall down together I wish I knew what words and lyrics to put here I don’t even have a melody it’s escaping me again Where the hell is your buddy Jacob when you need him to make up some ridiculous shit without a bunch of syllables because that’s what I suck at Why do I try and make things so complicated don’t you hate it, don’t you hate it Dennis thinks this song sounds sad and I aint even feeling awful bad at all Jack and Jill fell down the hill again.
14.
Moving in half steps I wander wherever I please Oh but no, oh no they don’t get me Formless, young but old I don’t fit in any mold I don’t know, Don’t pretend anything High up on a hill I go to rest my weary head I can’t breath I can’t breath at all Flowers full in bloom Pastel colors fill the room feel the breeze sweet summer breeze upon my face

Grandfather clock, why do you tick so loud I’m just trying to sleep and not feel so down Why do pendulums talk loudest at night When I just want to be isolated from time Cuckoo, cuckoo, cuckoo, coo-cool, I am cool.
17.
Eventually time must claim all but why, can it not claim my blues all things come to an end how to spend your time, wisely you must choose winter’s chill comes seeping in to make room for the warmth of summer’s tomorrow so sing, says the sparrow, of spring and fear not, what the future may bring

22.
Mountains are tall they tower over people there are things they resemble like an ancient temple On a mountain the snow is deep On a mountain the sides are steep There are mountains unable to climb because they point straight towards the sky others you can ascend right up the side but don’t try to climb too high because the air is thin there is a chance you could die
23.
The sound across the sound a home away from home eyes looking forward my heart looking back good times I’ll remember cus love, love always lasts Washington I’ll miss you, oh Washington friends I’ll miss you Oh Washington I’ll miss you, goodbye my friends I’ll miss you

Two fifths in parallel motion two waves in an ocean creating exotic melodies in my head in my head and my hands and my heart two lives in parallel motion we crossed a whole ocean to create a home in a foreign land in a foreign land far away two fifths in parallel motion two waves in an ocean creating exotic melodies in my head and my hands and my heart two lovers in parallel motion crossing an ocean to create a home in a foreign land in a foreign land far away like a broken pocket watch i can’t keep time i’m feeling just a bit behind just a bit behind just a bit behind

about

This album is a lo-fi collection of snapshots from the past year and a half, varied in genre. There are elements of folk, jazz, Americana, Japanese music, other world music, blues, country, hip hop, alt-rock, and Americana.

I started writing music after I got sick as a way to feel like I was doing something worthwhile, even if only for myself. A year and a half later, this is the result.

It is my hope that my music strikes a chord with someone, somewhere.
